Submit Abstract

“The Versatility of Supercritical Fluid Technology”

Researchers with new results in areas relevant to the meeting topics are encouraged to submit abstracts for consideration for oral and/or poster presentations. Once the abstract is submitted, be sure you receive an email confirmation that the abstract has been successfully received. If you do not receive a confirmation, then we did not receive your abstract. It should be noted that all papers are accepted based on the understanding that one or more of the authors will personally attend the conference as a conferee and present their work.

For oral presentations, please notify us if you are not able to obtain company approval by the date the abstract is due; and before December 15, provide a title, authors and a brief description of the kind of material that you would like to present, and indicate when approval is expected. This material will be kept confidential.

When you submit the abstract, register and pay online to complete the online registration process so the committee knows you plan to attend the meeting.

Best Student Poster Competition

Poster presentations are an important component of the symposia series. In order to acknowledge their contribution to the high standards and in-depth communications amongst practitioners, awards will be offered to the best posters presented by graduate students at ISSF 2012. The Poster Judging Committee will have final say in the selection of the prize winners. At least two committee members will read each poster and top posters will be read by at least four committee members. All presented posters will be evaluated on the basis of scientific content, clarity of presentation, and layout. If a poster author does not want his/her poster considered for a poster award, they must notify the Symposium Manager before 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 14, 2012. Student must be registered present at ISSF 2012 to receive the best poster award. Presentation of the Best Student Poster Awards will take place during the meeting on Wednesday. The competition has been made possible by the International Society for Advancement of Supercritical Fluids which is offering a prize of 500 €.
